The fastest way to a firm quote
Two things let us price the job on the first call:
- The material and where it is (popcorn ceiling, vermiculite attic, floor tile, pipe wrap, a whole pre-reno check, or a project survey).
- The building (roughly what year it went up, house or commercial, and whether this is for a renovation, a demolition, a sale, or a contractor requirement).
With that, we can usually quote the sampling on the spot and book a visit that suits you.

You get a plain-language report in 2 to 3 business days, with rush available when a closing date or a stopped job cannot wait. The report is yours to keep and to hand to a contractor, a tender, or an inspector.
